Departure at 08:30 a.m. from Riohacha to Alta Guajira. The first stop is at the Manaure salt mines, where you will learn about the artisanal process of salt extraction. Afterwards, you will visit Uribia, considered the indigenous capital of Colombia, where you will appreciate their culture and traditional way of life.
The tour continues to Cabo de la Vela, a sacred place for the Wayúu people. You will have lunch at this popular destination in the upper Guajira and in the afternoon, you will explore the Arcoíris Beach, then climb the Pilón de Azúcar for panoramic views, and relax at the tranquil Playa Dorada. End the day with a breathtaking sunset over the Caribbean Sea.

After an early breakfast, start the journey to one of the most amazing landscapes of the Colombian Caribbean: the Taroa Dunes. There you will take an ATV tour (1 hour approx.), an exciting adventure to go deep into the desert. After the experience, you will enjoy free time to explore the dunes, slide down the slopes and swim in the sea at a unique beach where the desert meets the Caribbean Sea.
Return to Cabo de la Vela and after lunch, you will return to Riohacha, arriving between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
