By accessing and using the official Discover La Guajira website (hereinafter, “the Site”), the user fully accepts these terms and conditions. Continued use of the website shall be construed as acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein, constituting a binding legal agreement between the user and Discover La Guajira.

Use of the website

Discover La Guajira is a governmental portal of informative character, created with the objective of facilitating citizens and visitors access to information about tourism in the department of La Guajira, its tourist destinations, culture and services. The contents come from official and community sources, and are made available to the public for personal and informative use. The user is authorized to view, print and download materials from the website solely and exclusively for personal or educational, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, transformation, retransmission or sale of the information is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
